help on form validation

i’m having trouble getting the form validation script ( basic validation ) from The Javascript Source to work on this page, along with another Javascript.

I can’t even get the code to work on the form, without the javascript there.

please help.

This isn't really a solution, but if you want to do less coding, this site has an excellent free js validation script, all you do is add the filed type as a tag.
