How to control styling on text copied from Word or other places

Let’s say I copy text from Word and paste into my HTML editor

Without editing the content itself, can I have a wrapper that over rides any inline formatting the content might have?

I’m not super expert on CSS – but I know the answer to my question is no ?

I thought I’d ask anyway – in case there had been changes in the next CSS version that I wasn’t aware of

Thanks

OM

@Code-tardAug 28.2014 — Hey OM2,

You mention text from "Word" into an "html editor".. That has nothing to do with css.. Thats on the html editor as to how the text would be interpreted...

And Im pretty sure you're right (no changes).. you would still have to bounce it off notepad or something to cleanse it first!...
