Weather website – Newbie needs help

Hi Fourm I am designing a home brew weather website and need a little help on seting up a page for my Weather Watch Radar I have the 3 files.
IDR.loopv03.js
RainRadarConfig
test.php

my website is [URL=”http://www.stormsearchers.com”]http://www.stormsearchers.com[/URL]
I look on w3schools on how I can get the rainRadar image to popout into a large image but couldn’t fine anythink.

how can I put this together
