Noo B to the forum and to Javascript. Please help

Hello, I am taking a javascript course and I am having a lot of trouble. And I think the main reason would be because I have never taken a C language course. Although I have been introduced to C language but only in a Program and Analysis relation. But I have taken HTML programming. I have a program for the class, its on form validations. If any of you would like to take a look at the Exercise and let me know if anyone could help me out. All replies are greatly appreciated. thanks

  • 1. You won't be doing this in C.

  • 2. Download the sample Ball Order html.

  • 3. Split up the assignment into 3 main parts:

    a) Validation (done on your onSubmit() event).

    b) Totaling.

    c) Appearance/coloring (probably for last).


    • Validation - there are lots of threads in this forum to help

    you here (referencing objects/checking values).

    Totaling - again, lots of threads. Use the search tool

    effectively in this forum and YOU WILL FIND SOLUTIONS.

    Coloring - probably the most confusing but, in actuality, the

    easiest to implement.

    If you have specific questions [b]once you start[/b], post your

    code and someone will help.

    Finally, don't get strung out and make it fun. Start early,

    don't get rushed, and you will learn alot of the basic JS

    capaiblities using <form> objects from this exercise.
