How to clear this error "Googlebot can’t access your site"?

Today morning i got the email from Google web master account,it said Googlebot can’t access your site.How to clear this error?

@abnerhawkinsAug 02.2014 — You should check source code of your website first, it'd be a chance to have noindex and nofollow tag into your robots and googlebot meta tags.

There also one more possibility if your website down then bots don't crawl you website for this contact your hosting support.
