Check box/radio button controls image opacity and text field

This Javascript is a little over my head and I would really appreciate some help

This is for Adobe Acrobat pro x, I am creating a form. I need the javascript to control this function. If I need to change to radio buttons that is also fine

If “yes” check box is checked then “no” checkbox unchecks and a text field appears called “comments” and an image called “comments image1” goes from 0% opacity to 100% opacity.

If the “no” check box is checked then the “yes” checkbox unchecks and the text field disappears and the image changes to 0% opacity.

From a completely ignorant standpoint:

Can those be used in Acrobat?

I am just starting on a project where I have a PDF and I need to use Javascript and I also need to be able to position and style things in a PDF document, som of it relating to using CSS controlled by the server response.

So I guess that I am going to find out.
