Search user Profile and display user info!!

i have page [B]view-profile[/B] where i am displaying user info!

1-now i want to create a [B]search.php[/B] where user can search other users from database..

2-then display the his/her info to [B]view-profile [/B].

i know the first part to retrieve info from database!!

but need help in 2nd part “How to display his/her info to [B]view-profile [/B]. “
