Let me introduce myself, I am a Dutch student product development and owner of a little webdevelopmentbureau.
At this moment I’m doing my thesis research in the communication between webbuilders and their customers. More specific, the thesis focuses mainly on the problems and frustrations that comes along with the communication between the two parties.
Based on that, I’d like to get your opinion about the problems you ran in to (in your past).

– The customer can’t translate his/her corporate identity to a website and encounters trouble painting a clear picture.– The first series of concepts don’t satisfy the customer, because they don’t stroke with their expectations.– The customer can’t make up his mind during the orientating talk(, because there’s a lack of vi
