Daily i am doing 30 to 40 blog comments for my keywords and also doing other strategies like articles,classified etc.But still my keywords are not improvement.What can i do?

Bad advise!! buying links is not a good option to get good result.
Also blog commenting is an effective way to drive traffic if and only if that blog post is relevant to your business and you have something informative to add there in comment.

I agree with you. Blog comments are not so effective. Although you can try on high PR dofollow blog. I don't think it will help you too much to improve your ranking.

Actually buying links IS one of the most effective strategies for ranking. It's against the rules but there's no debating it's effectiveness. Granted SEOclerks and Fiverr aren't the best sources for links but don't discount the effectiveness of buying links.

It will still depend on where are you going to buy those links and of course, you must also choose the status of the sites where it is going to be linked, because if not, everything is going to be wasted.

1. Don't make more than 10 backlink a day otherwise search engine consider it as spam.
2. Only make high quality niche related backlink.
3. Use your keyword as anchor text. Change anchor text for every link.
