Login website with strictly private accounts. no logged in user can see each other.

hi guys, i have searched and searched everywhere on the internet but i have not found any tutorial that can demonstrate how to create a fully user based account, by this i mean no members permissions or such, no viewing the same thing i upload on different user account by other members, no comments like in the case of forums. Just a simple private account for every user, from which i can manage [U]individually[/U]. Similar to a bank account or a tracking website where users can see there own car track records and not other peoples cars!. I have a phpadmin data base ready, a server at ********** but i dont have the script or the code needed to do this. Please help ?
