How to identify JS Conflict?

Hi Guys,

I’m an amateur web developer, usually can pick the code and figure out what is what. However, this problem is bugging me.

I have a website called www.eczemaskincare.co.uk . It uses Joomla platform with virtuemart. I’ve installed a cart module but it doesn’t work properly. I’ve tried the developer of the module but not getting much response.

The problem:
1. When I add an item into the cart, I have to refresh the page for the module to show the item.
2. When I try to remove the item using Remove button in the module, it gives me an “Error Loading Ajax”.

I would be very grateful if you could help me with figuring out what the problem is and how to fix it or point me in the right direction.

What is the best way to find the cause of the conflict?

Much appreciated.

I bought the template so not sure how I can make the source code better because I haven't designed it. What would you do to make it better?

I would usually

I really appreciate your help.
