Is it any more secure to keep your MySQL credentials in a separate file in a separate directory and then use the include function to import them into your PHP pages? Compared to just putting them in your pages to begin with?

In fact, these days I usually only write out the design for one page, and include text files, headers, and footers to display pages![/font]
