When Page Refresh Then result will be lost

Use of JQuery + ajax but when page refresh then previous result will be lost
how can i solved ?
I have find out on net but not proper solution for me so
can you Suggest me .

@spacemanMar 26.2014 — #What you can do is modify the query string ever ajax request.

then on page load check for the query string and load the given data.

that way if a user hits refresh, or back or saves the url the data will be present.
