Planning to build a new portfolio website

Hey peeps,

My portfolio website, [URL=”http://www.kwarp.com/”]kwarp.com[/URL], was made in 2007 and a lot has changed since then.

I’m looking for a portfolio template or scaffold project that can seamlessly present well on PC and mobile. I have lots of Flash games that don’t present at all on mobile, and I will replace them with png images and embedded youtube videos.

I would like to leverage a well-documented framework with good tutorials for Getting Started and Troubleshooting. I am eager to program some dynamic web pages (PHP, Python, whatever) if needed, and leverage animated web page elements (Javascript probably).

Twitter Bootstrap 3 seemed like a promising venture, but after some investigation, I’m not sure if that framework is the right fit for my needs. If anyone can discuss development tools that can build a great portfolio website, I would love to learn more.
