LaTeXForum.com – I got a nice offer, develop or sell?

Hello developers!

I got an exciting offer for my domain name LaTeXForum.com however I am not sure if the end-user is seeking the domain name for Latex (the material) or LaTeX.

I have no programming skills what-so-ever, however I am an SEO guru with basic / general HTML5 and CSS knowledge.

The only thing holding me back from developing this domain is that I do not know how to, nor do I have a budget for a web developer.

Let me know your opinions, this is a gem of a domain.
