Question and Answer type website-How to increase website traffic

I try all the methods including smm,social bookmarking, directory submission,Link exchanging etc.But still i didnt get good organic traffic.

And my site is an online communty related to pc/laptop where any one can post their queries get advice from other members.

Please give me ideas to improve my website traffic.

Also focus on promoting it on social networking sites like facebook, twitter etc. Also use the URL in the signature at different chatrooms and forums. But if you want traffic in no time, then I will suggest you to try buying it from some freelancer, there are many websites from where you can get one ,try SEOClerks, as there rates are very low.
