I'll take my best psychic stab at it, and guess that there are two places in your code that are include()-ing/require()-ing a file that displays the page header.
PHP displaying items multiple times?
I have attached an image which help displays the problem I am having. The website is part of WordPress and all of the pages are designed in .PHP. In short our logo and login are repeating after recent updates. I can’t locate anything wrong with the code and was wondering if anyone else is having this problem or knows how to fix the issues.
