I would like some advice on how to make documents load faster for those clients that are still using a dial up connection? I need to allow my clients to download 20 page PDF documents, but some of them are still using dial up connections to access the internet.
What is the best and fastest way to allow them to download or access these files in the most time efficient way via website?
