Does Responsive Hurt SEO?

Do you guys know if responsive designs hurt SEO at all? I have noticed some of my responsive designs do not show up as well on search engines. But there def could be other factors in play.

If your Content is unique and Backlinks are natural then definitely your site will rank well.
