php action redirection doubt

Hi folks,
I am trying to use the OS ticketing System in my website. “http://osticket.com/” That is working fine normally.
I am having the forms in my website from that form i am trying to insert the data to that ticketing system by using the following action
<form action=”http://www.mywebsite.com/support/open.php” method=”post” enctype=”multipart/form-data”>

After i filled all the data and when clicks the submit button it redirects to the following page.
[url]http://mywebsite.com/support/index.php[/url]
I don’t know what is the problem. Even i remove or rename the index file it says 404 error.

So please give me your inputs…
