vBulletin 3 – Style button stuck sometimes

A forum (zeldauniverse.net/forums) has a special mobile style, but on the bottom-left there is a button to get back to the normal version, the problem is that the button doesn’t work on [B]mobile devices[/B].

Is there another code maybe Javascript or something that is 100% that the URL will work on mobile and PC.
