Adding a Custom Read More Button

Hi,

I am wondering how I can add a “read more” button that I have made in photoshop to each post preview that is displayed on my front page feed. I am using this theme: [url]http://www.wpexplorer.com/?brandbar_id=28971&brandbar_url=http://wpexplorer-demos.com/wptuts/[/url]

I want it to look exactly like this theme has its “read more” button: [url]http://demo.woothemes.com/?name=headlines[/url]

@frozenpeasauthorDec 08.2013 — I want to point out that my theme by default doesnt seem to be able to use more tags.

At the end of my posts summary on first page you just see a "...." but its not hyperlinked so its unclickable.

I have tried adding more tags in posts but they do nothing
