Whereas stuffing of keywords literally means forcing the keywords to make non-sense over the content and get penalized by the search engines due to the mal-practice of over optimization.
It is always advisable to optimize a web content with lesser than 2 - 5 % keyword density!

Ans is that 2 or 3 keywords you can put in your article and you can also use keywords variations.....
