Something wrong with my source files! HELP!

Okay. I have realized Im doing something wrong with my file sourcing.
When I created a logo, I saved image as “logo.png”
I then put that logo in the same folder as my “index.html” and “style.css”.
But when i call for it —>
<img src=”logo.png”/>
It doesnt work correctly.
On my page it shows a small paper being ripped making me think that the source is broken.
I am using notepad++ and am on a windows 7 comp.
Attached is a screenshot of my folder. NVM no attachment allowed in this forum?!?

Any help would be great!
having same issues before with a backround image in CSS. I ended up just taking the source online.
