php <br> tags help

Hi

I have a page that has a feedback form and it automatically adds the feedback to the page but for some reason I am getting lots of <br> tags appearing before the feedback form

The link is below

[url]http://www.irhwebsites.com/sites/goldenwhisk/testimonials.php[/url]

Any ideas?

I can do but apparently someone else said in another forum it is not a good idea to have testimonials automatically added to the website from user input as is not really secure or the coding is not secure
