Quick Question About Search Engine Results

Can someone please tell me what the proper terminology for the subpage listings in search engine results are called. They are the page links that appear under the main link in the results page:

I’m trying to do the same thing with a website I’m working on and have no clue what it’s called. Thanks for bearing with me, a green beginner!

Take care everyone, any info appreciated.

@priyanka444Aug 30.2013 — yes sub page is also listed for getting the back link, but they have less priority than the mane page as its called sub page that's why it appears below the main page.

@nathanmiller99Aug 31.2013 — Google also indexed sub pages of the web site based on the keyword relevency they will appear in the SERP.

@HanasonsSep 01.2013 — As we are talking of sub pages, there are some cases/situations where you need to create sub pages and they rank in SERP too....

Only those pages/post won't rank that are specified in robots.txt file not to crawl... otherwise all the web content within your site would be indexed in Google.

@aycomponentDec 23.2013 — Yes you can rank subpages in SERP by doing white hat technique. If you promote subpage with low competitive keyword then it will get ranked fast.So use white hat technique and promote subpage .Good luck!!!

@Kevin2Dec 23.2013 — I'm not sure you can "try" to make SERPs appear like in your screenshot. As an example, on one site I run they show up for a search term that includes the town name, for other terms they don't. Go figure. A couple of suggestions in case you haven't done them already:

1) Create a sitemap.xml

2) Sign up for Google Webmaster Tools and read, read, read.
