A menu like this one?

Hello. i really suck at making menus and I dont know how to get better at it because I dont find any good way of doing it. Anyway, is there any guides or something that will give me a start and help me on the way making the menu I want?
I want a menu similar to the one on [U]hamsterpaj.net[/U] . I guess they used js but if i posted this wrong please change it.
i cant find any guides at all that will help me with this :/

There is no one way to do it. The amazing thing about CSS3 is you can do these menus in all CSS now, you can use jQuery, you can use JavaScript, and I'm sure there are many other ways I haven't even tried.
