Creating pin maps

I want to create a pin map showing locations of employees around a
particular office. I was using the free version of google maps to do this,
quite successfully, but it is limited to a certain number of pins on a
page. I will need to show approximately 280 pins on the one image. Can you let me know if any software does not have limits in adding the pins?

It is based on Google map with a custom map builder, which let you import pins using addresses data from Excel or CSV file.
