How to fetch latest updated contents from given URL using PHP

Hi, I want PHP script to extract latest updated articles from given URL let say for instance I want to extract latest news content from following URL : [URL=”http://news.cnet.com”]http://news.cnet.com[/URL]. Pls provide me the code to extract latest updated news information by using PHP.
