Navigation – Sliding to Fixed Position

Hey guys, I am looking for a good tutorial for a navigation bar that starts at the bottom of a loaded browser, then as you scroll moves to the top and remains fixed there. Here are a couple of examples I am referring to:

I know how to fix a nav in a specific location, but as you can see in the Join Sessions example it seems to respond to that first home page “slide”. Thanks for the help in advance!
