Are ASP script delimiters <% %> obsolete? I’m wondering why these tags aren’t working and suspect they’re not supported in new(er) browsers.

@NogDogJun 26.2013 — Browsers don't see ASP tags (or if they do, there's something wrong). They are parsed and executed on the web server, similarly to PHP tags. By the way, did you mean to post this in a PHP forum on purpose?

For your ASP tags to work, you must be running ASP on your web server and have used a file name suffix that your web server configuration recognizes as being an ASP file type.

@andre4s_yJun 26.2013 — If you are talking about PHP code:

ASP tags can still be enabled via php.ini directive (by default: disable).

Why you need ASP tags on PHP code? ?

Thanks for the reply! I don't NEED it in php code, but it can be done so I was wondering what I had to do to use it. I'll change the directive.
