Hi, Im thinking of designing a database which opens in IE.

I want it to have a standard form where items are inputted by the user.

Then the information is submitted to a database.

Then a report is built of each form which is submitted in HTML.

Any ideas where to start or what kind of database to use that would be suitable for this?

@g1nger_oneFeb 14.2004 — I would suggest you use a mysql/php combo.
