Warning: SoapClient::SoapClient connection refused.

Hi everyone,

I have a little problem with a script that im tyring to connect to a web service, the weird thing is that on my localhost the script works just fine but when i move the script to my hostgator server i get this error.

Warning: SoapClient::SoapClient([url]https://www.maxrecargas.net:4455/Recargas/Service.asmx?WSDL[/url]) [soapclient.soapclient]: failed to open stream: Connection refused in /home/enfogate/public_html/www.topasa.com/recargasWebService.php on line 16

Warning: SoapClient::SoapClient() [soapclient.soapclient]: I/O warning : failed to load external entity “https://www.maxrecargas.net:4455/Recargas/Service.asmx?WSDL” in /home/enfogate/public_html/www.topasa.com/recargasWebService.php on line 16

Any Ideas.
