Form is not sending the information

Hi,

I have multiple HTML Forms on a single page that are not posting the information. First one really works to send the information but, when I click on the second one’s signup button nothing happens.

1) "<form [COLOR="#FF0000"]action=""[/COLOR] method="post" id="signupFormPart2" name="signupFormPart2" style="display: none;" data-type="">"

2) "<form [COLOR="#FF0000"]action="#"[/COLOR] method="post" class="signup-form" id="signupForm" name="signupForm">"

3) "<form action="" method="post" id="signupFormPart2" name="signupFormPart2" style="display: none;" data-type="">"
