PhP script

Hi all

Im trying to setup php so that i can read an email sent from my website to outlook, when I try and open the attached file in outlook all the info is in one long string, the form they fill in is as follwed

Your First Name

Your Surname

Your Address

Town

County

Youor Pst Code

Your email Address

Your Telephone No

The Pupils Name

Their Class

What do you want to know about

Do you have any comments ?

I would like to ask

and I would like to see it the same in outlook can any body help with the php script
