Javascript not calling up Menu for ecommerce site when "www" not entered

So i have a eCommerce site on Big Commerce (a very popular site used by many).

I hired a guy to customize the menu in which he used javascript. I cannot get a hold of him to do the job so i am in need of some help

[url]www.osicctv.com[/url] is the address when you type the address like this [url]http://osicctv.com[/url] (without the www) the menu you made does not show up.

I believe this has to do with the PagesMenu.html in the Panles area on line 37 ( see below)

Maybe there is a way to write it so it shows with www or without www?
