Audio Player only Loading in Chrome Need MultiBrowser Help.

Here we go. Site [URL=”EliteConnections.com/media.php”]EliteConnections.com/media.php[/URL] page only loads the audio player in Chrome. After inspecting the code, it is looking ok its just not actuating properly. Is this a plugin problem for IE and FF or is this a crossbrowser issue.
