Customizing Cursor Doesn’t Work With I.E.

Hi there,

The following css code works well with Firefox, Chrome, and Safari, but not MS I.E. What’s the problem? How to make it work with IE?

@wowauthorFeb 28.2013 — The problem is fixed due to I.E. has different rule for cursor file path.
