Difference between local seo and global seo?

There are two types of look for engine optimization, global and local. Worldwide SEO specializes in large common search phrases and terms to get guests to a website. Local SEO specializes in common search phrases and terms personalized with a local environment to get particular guests from an area to a website.

Both SEOs are organic. I think you've been reading wrong stuffs folk. As long as you are working on the serp, be it local and global, you are aiming for organic search rankings.

Also it's important to find and use proper local directories. Most of them allow us to add map, address or get ratings from users. And also they are doing SEO too so if they rank high they can bring traffic to you (traffic > rank) - it's better to own referalls sometimes instead of spammy linkbuilding tactics).

About global SEO - well it depends on niche. But also here quality over quantity and it will work.
