Home Page Layout Issue in WordPress

I have an issue with my WordPress homepage, it works fine in every browser but IE 6-8, I solved the problem with all pages except the home, this seems to be a layout issue but I cannot seem to find out where the problem is. I think its located in the Footer.php, but everything I’ve done has not changed a thing so maybe it could be a css issue. BTW this particular home page is filled using the sidebar widgets panel, I cannot edit the content directly.
