Blocking/Redirecting Static IP addresses to website

We need a server side solution to block/redirect 60 static IP addresses from visiting a website that is hosted on a server with many others (this must be done so it does not effect the other sites)

The server is Apache/PHP.

Is there a piece of software or some code in PHP that can be used to redirect those IP addresses?

^mydomain.com$? http://redirect.mydomain.com [R]
