Javascript and PHP

Hi, I was wondering if someone on here could help me out.

I have an existing javascript menu (produced by someone else) that is contained in a PHP file, which is called at the top of each page on my site.

I have decided to introduce some sort of scrolling/static menu capability, but I don’t know how to implement this without changing my existing menu.

The PHP file (which contains the script) can be found here,

Ideally, I would like to just include something that will make it scroll, but I’m not sure how much I would have to include.

Any thoughts?
