neccesary or unnecesary

on muh site i have a thing that include()s 3 files, top.html a file that changes, and bottom.html. the file that changes is a variable but is a html file always, so is it neccesary for me to put a script that would make it so when u loaded up that html file alone it would redirect u to the php version

i.e.

went to

projep.t35.com/foo.html

and then be reditected to

projep.t35.com/a.php?a=foo

or is there no chance in hell of the pages being indexed if i only link to the php files?
