PostgreSQL..can it do it?

Dear Bros n Siss….

I have one question here to find out…do U guys know about the “Document Resource Center”???? I tried to find it on the Net but failed…DRC means that its a module that will act as a shared resourceful center that caters for authorized student and staff access and leverage on the knowledge capital in digital format(this is what I assume)….basically when student try to search on word for e.g “flower” and the word itself exist in one of the image file(i meant is that the word flower on the image eg JPEG itself) in the system……

the question now whether…PostgreSQL have the capability and the function to this??? because as far as I know.. only ORACLE can do it….do u guys have an explanation on it?? pleaseee…let me know..pleasee…
