How do you amend your PHP code to have byte-range enabled in that folder

Hi I have that Podcast Generator running on my site: bytzmusicpodcast.com/podcastgen and when I submit a podcast to itunes it says that in need byte-range enabled. My server has byte-range enabled but they said my PHP folder running the page needs to have some sort of code allow it to work.
If anyone could help that would be great!
