Question on WordPress Theme: Post is showing in category page but NOT on actual page

Theme: Multi-Color by Nischal Maniar

Some of my posts are showing up in category page but NOT in the actual posts page. This is happening only for certain posts and i don’t find any pattern behind this.

For example:
Here you can see my post is visible in category page:
[url]http://paisafree.com/category/why-to-earn-money-online/[/url]

Here it’s NOT visible in actual post page:
[url]http://paisafree.com/why-to-earn-online/[/url]

Any help to fix this will be highly appreciated.
