LinkedIn Flash player warning

Hello

I can’t seem to find anything about this on the web but I’m hoping someone will be able to help?

LinkedIn will sometimes use the text “Content on this page requires a newer version of Adobe Flash Player.” as a headline link when you link to a page in a discussion. For example: http://www.linkedin.com/groups/Boosting-transparent-conduction-in-graphene-3389904.S.141646840?qid=e36deb68-b8a0-49db-ab93-06bbdb72ab03&goback=.gmp_3389904
There are three Flash files in the target page but they don’t cause any problem when viewed so I don’t know why the error message is appearing? Is it a LinkedIn glitch? How can I avoid messages like these appearing?

Any advise appreciated!
