help!!

i want to find a script ( i assume its java i am looking for) that allows a pop up comments box type thing to open simultaneaously with a download.

the page is

and its a band site. they have mp3s and real player files for people to listen to but at the same time as the download link is clicked, they want it to open a pop up comments box so that people can let em know what they think!

i can write the comments script yself, its just that i want to be able to open two thingsa from link!!

tis is probably as clear as mud!!
please help me!!
