I am going to be distributing a javascript-based application as freeware and would like to have some people help me with beta testing. I’m only looking for willing participants at this time. The application has the ability to backup drivers from Windows 7 (Vista too?) and also displays the product key used for the installation (of any running Windows NT-based OS). The application is called “DriverBackup Free Edition” (I know, not really creative, right?)
I’m not looking for criticism about this post but anyone is welcome to contact me via PM for a free copy of this application and provide feedback. It’s not as ‘modern’ looking as most applications nowadays but it gets the job done good as far as I can tell. I’m looking for suggestions as-well as bug reports. Please note that this is not a complete application and I’m going to be working on adding loading bars next.
The file will be a .zip file containing two executables, one for 64-bit Windows and one for 32-bit. Please make sure you choose the right one for maximum stability (they both run the exact same .hta file, but using different resources).
For certain reasons, I am going to place the MD5 hash of the .zip file here:
“F2EE7B660B8E0662B180C393668705E5”
Thank you for reading, and have a nice day.
