Help! Trying to make Online Form email me information and also work with paypal!

I have an online form with a little javascript which calculates a price.
I need to add acouple things..

Make it work with paypal.
Email me with all information from the form
Check to see if email entered is gmail hotmail… if not Allows use to get invoiced button.. if thats possible…

Is this possible?
